Putting Llangattock School in the frame
We were delighted to make a video for our local primary, Llangattock Church in Wales School (LCIWS). We used it as a training exercise for the newest member of our team, Lewis Chatfield, himself a former pupil. Lewis ran the whole project, from inception, through scripting, shooting and editing, with light-touch guidance from the rest of the team. As You See It Media (AYSIM) donated the use of all our kit to keep costs to a minimum.
LCIWS Headteacher Katherine Durbin said, “It was lovely working with Lewis, and we really appreciate the hard work and time that went into making this lovely film. We are very pleased with the finished product.”
As You See It Media Creative Director, Tim Jones, said: “We were enthusiastic to help the school use video to promote itself. My daughter went there and it is a vital part of our community. We all need to support it. It was also a brilliant learning opportunity for Lewis, there is nothing like running a production all the way through to teach you the craft of film-making. We would consider doing it again for the right project so please get in touch.”
