PATIENT TESTIMONY
Thank you to patient ‘L’ for telling of her experiences with ‘positive risk taking’ therapy in mental health. This latest video for Elysium Healthcare appears on their social media feed. The patient sets out how she lives and the staff member explains the approach: “Patients may self-harm, but we don’t worry about that straight away.” The patient replies: “This place is all about getting you ready to go home.” No one says it better than someone who has experienced it herself.
